Shipping Information

At Zentik, we do our best to make sure your orders arrive quickly, safely, and hassle-free.

Shipping Partners

We ship Australia-wide using some of the most trusted Australian delivery companies — including Australia Post, Sendle, Aramex, and other reliable local couriers.

The courier we use may vary depending on your location and the most efficient delivery route.

Shipping Costs
  • Free Shipping: Orders over AUD $120 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in Australia.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $120, a flat rate of $9.90 AUD applies.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the courier and destination:

  • Metro to Metro: Around 2–5 business days

  • Interstate: Up to 6 business days

  • Regional & Remote Areas: 2–8 business days, but may take longer depending on your carrier and exact location.

  • Courier Estimates: Some services, such as Sendle’s Standard Delivery, typically deliver within 2–5 business days, while others may take a little longer.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Zentik piece you wear.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags and packaging are still attached.

  • You have proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email).

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance, unless faulty.

  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us.

How to Return or Exchange

 

  1. Email us at hello@zentik.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your exchange or refund (minus any shipping fees, if applicable).

Refunds

 

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Change of mind or size exchange: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Faulty or incorrect items: Zentik will cover all shipping costs for replacements or returns.

Faulty Items

 

We take product quality seriously. If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll assess the issue quickly and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.
